I'm currently an accountant interested in real estate in the Chicago area. I became interested once I realized that the Illinois state backed loan program would quickly allow me to acquire a two-flat and given current rent spreads over mortgage payments, go from a cash outflow of $900 per month to cash inflow of $100 per month in housing.
