I am, by far, the most active multifamily broker in Huntsville, and one of the most active in the Southeast. I have closed over $400 million in transactions since 2012.
I purchased my 1st property at 31, 35 now. I bought, because as a young man I was told that's what you did as a grown up. No one ever told me, "you may have as many as you want". I know now. Ready to start building a legion of properties.
