Recent investor using Patch of Land
I am currently a salaried manager at a grocery store. I work long hours. I have 3 kids that I raise by myself 1/2 of the time.
I am a security professional at a hospital in Memphis ,Tn. I am 45 years old with a wife and three boys. I have a home of my own. I want to learn how to buy property. I not trying to get rich quick, I just want to expand.
I'm new to real estate investing, have not completed any deals at this time. Would like to complete at least 3 wholesale deal by the end of 2016.
I am 61 years old, have done wholesale deals along with buy and hold and rehab's.Now i just like to buy old homes in decent neighbor hoods and knock them down and build new ones.I have a full time job and only looking to do 2-3 deals a year.
I am a licensed real estate sales person, but would like to focus more on land development and commercial brokerage. I am currently working with a developer, trying to learn as much as possible about the business. My husband and I currently have one investment property, and would like to increase and grow our portfolio.
