I am new to this side of the REI table. I have spent almost a couple of decades "flipping" houses for any investor, from the mom & pops to the multi billion dollar companies. As I get older I realize the the importance of change and diversification. I want more for myself and my family. I look forward to this new challenging endeavor.

I am currently seeking the opurtunity to invest in rental properties. My thoughts were to buy some properties in cash and fix them up to rent out. What I'm trying to do is build an income that just keeps coming.
