I have had single home rentals periodically but currently have one with my husband and my siblings and I lease farmland with my siblings. My husband and I would like to manage rental properties as a means of supplementing our retirement income.

I recently moved to Charlottesville and am looking to get back into real estate investing. I did a house hack for a couple of years when I lived in Aiken SC after college, but now that I'm married my wife isn't as keen on that idea, so we are looking into flipping properties.
