Hello everyone! I live in Atlanta, GA and currently working in the sports and entertainment industry. Recently I joined a real estate mentorship program and I am on the hunt for value-add multi-family deals in the Atlanta, GA and Orange County, FL area.
Currently in law enforcement. Plan to invest outside of California. I want to build a substantial portfolio of rental properties including single family, and multi family homes. I don't plan on law enforcement getting any better and I want to ensure I have a backup plan and future properties to pass down to my children.
