I have been investing in real estate since 2010. I have done numerous transactions since then. I currently hold rental property, and do an occasional flip. In addition, I market for my own properties, which allows me to wholesale too. Lastly, I provide and broker hard money lending.

I am an educated, experienced sales person empathetic to the buyer/seller purchasing process. I match lenders to sellers primarily but may branch out to flip homes refurbishing to sell.
