This is my first foray into real estate investing. I have been thinking about building wealth and is currently aquiring my first rehab to rent property. This forum give me an opportunity to learn.
I am new to Bigger Pockets was an Investor yrs back but like everyone else when the Sub-Prime went so did I . Recently my Son took interest in Investing and this Subject to Investing seems to be great however I cant find anyone that really loans private money without a full credit profile anyone got any suggestions.

I purchased my first investment property, a seven bedroom student housing, when I was 22 and wish I had kept it to this day instead of flipping it.
My target now is multifamily's ground up development in MSA's across the US.
