I have been involved in all phases of Real Estate for over 40 years....Notes have been my main interest in the past 15 years..Also have been a real estate appreaser of real estate & Mobile Home...Presently ONLY buying MH Notes in Pinellas & Manatee County areas in FL.
My wife and I are over the road truck drivers and we are out 3 to 4 weeks at a time and miss out on our family and grandkids so much that we have been trying to get involved with real estate investing but can't seem to find anyone to be close to where we live to
teach us what we need to know
I currently am looking into the prospect of real estate investing. I do not have any resources but my own two hands to work with and the desire to bring to life properties that are foreclosed.
