Not sure what to say but will start in how I got into this. About 15 years ago I missed out (scoffed) at a deal that started at $299,000 in marginal Washington DC neighborhood with potential. Within 6 years that same townhouse was worth $1M. By now, 2016, that town home is probably broken into 3 condos for $700,000 each or high cashflow...
