Hello, I started my venture into real-estate at the age of 19 when I bought my first house. It was cheaper for me to own than pay rent for an apartment while serving in the Navy. Caught the bug and can't wait for the next deal. Currently an HVAC service tech trying to get back in the real-estate game.
