I'm quite new to real estate in general. I currently own one condo and a 4-plex as rentals, and would love to get more into multifamily.
I thoroughly enjoy the Bigger Pockets podcasts, and look forward to learning as much as I can from the wonderful people in this forum.

I am a beginner investor out of Los Angles, I recently purchased my first property in Big Bear CA in March 2019, which is planned to be a short term rental.
My goal is to refinance pay out (brrrr) my one property in November 2019, and hit the market for property #2
