I purchased my first rental in the early 90’s. I’m getting back into investing now that i’ve moved from Indy to Toledo. My regular job is an engineer at Jeep where I spend entirely too many hours. I currently own a multi unit and a SFH my goal is to expand my portfolio and make this a full time job.
