I love connecting buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. I enjoy educating buyers and investors about the market and the great opportunities they can participate in.
I first invested in multi family in 2008. I made the mistake of flipping a couple properties, holding one and then stopped! I still regret that but I'm back at it now and looking to continue to build my portfolio via 1031 exchanging into more units each and every time I sell.
