Hello BP. I am currently working as a Maintenance Technician at a 439 unit residential property. I am looking to get started with investing in Real Estate some time in the near future and I am seeking to gain the knowledge before I actually get my feet wet.

I am just a normal 35 year old hard working oilfield radiographic technician. I have a fiance and two wonderful kids. I am tired of busting my hump with nothing to show for it and no legacy to leave behind....but that's about to change!!!! Sick and tired of being sick and tired!!
