I have always been inteested in real estate and would like to start investing. I would like to buy and hold in Clayton County GA and surrounding areas. I want to learn about buying from shortsale, hud home, buy from whole sale, owner financing, and other ways to buy a good deal.
I invest in student rentals within walking distance to major universities. Currently, I own properties in Colorado, Illinois, and Florida. I prefer BRRRR, but I have also flipped many houses.
