Taking steps into real estate is something I've been "meaning" to do for years now. My family and I recently moved to a new area for my wife's job and I'm transitioning as well. Living in Denver, and am an owner of a mortgage brokerage locally as well. I also invest actively in Real Estate. We have developed, own a long-term rental, short-term rental through VRBO and looking to expand our holdings.
