I do not have any Real Estate experience. I do have 17 years commercial construction and development experience.
Grew up in Morgantown, WV and attended WVU, majoring in Chemical Engineering. After a two-year stint in Nashville, TN for graduate school, I am currently based in Seattle, WA. My focus is small multifamily in the Morgantown market.
I am currently involved with buying bank owned foreclosures and looking to expand, i am seeking to create more relationships with real estate agents, and contractors .
Family, mountain biking, trail running and classic cars.
Currently house-hacking the shit out of a 4-plex, looking to expand portfolio this summer with another one if a deal presents itself.
