We are Trevor & Kerri, husband and wife team, based in Wake Forest, NC. We are just starting on our Real Estate Investment journey and are looking to invest in Flips and Tax Liens and Deeds to build Capital to then purchase Vacation Rentals.
I am currently focused on my private lending business but I am still very active as an investor, constantly working on wholesale deals, rehabs and short sales.

I have a steady career in IT which I really enjoy, but I'd also like a little side-income through rental properties. I'm saving up for a down payment on my first investment while learning all there is to know about investing in and renting out single- and multi-family homes.
