Im just starting interest in real estate investing. I have a lot of equity and good income so I want to learn and take advantage of real estate opportunities.
I have been investing in real estate for over 25 years. I currently own a small portfolio of rental homes (five) and one mid-size commercial building, but I am always looking to grow my portfolio. I presently hold two licenses in the State of Illinois - one for commercial real estate and one for business brokerage.
