I'm a full time professional in the retail industry and am looking to grow my small set of rental properties in Milwaukee and north of Boston. In the near term my focus is on acquiring more SFH/duplexes in Milwaukee, or triple deckers in Boston (Malden, Everett, and Chelsea).
I purchase historic commercial buildings, renovate them and lease them to business tenants. I am now looking at investing in Section 8 housing.
