See it as you will Joel, as for me, I'd rather be happy then be right, so, I just choose to see people tiping, and people not tiping, and to leave it at that.

I only have one true rental and a house hack but never thought about logging the makes and models of my appliances which is a great tipe to build efficiency into your operation.Do you have a system for finding properties?

hello BP group glad i found you, i live in France for a 1 year now and i'm looking to invest in mi first house ,but a i'm having a little problem to understand the french tax system , any one now if exists any  loopholes that can be use in terms of avoid paying same taxes ,any tipe of information is welcome .thank you for your time
