It was smaller than they dreamed of , but they got their start  first time home buyers school district in my mind is mission Numero Uno.. buy the cheapest house in the very best school district full stop.

I say northern because that is what is considered everything from Mayaguez to Barceloneta and as close to the Carretera numero dos Carr2 as possible.

Only to be surprised that they couldn't get title insurance for a couple years (even though the redemption period is only 6 months). and this question about title insurance should be the numero uno of buyer checklist/DD process before even thinking of doing these.

When you have very little cash, it makes sense to go with an equity play and gain that cash which can then convert to meaningful cashflow.When I develop projects, like hotels or apartment complexes, I look at the over-all profit of the deal and my goal numero uno is to get BOTH cashflow and appreciation and realize the appreciation quickly, i.e., not wait for it for decades.

I’m not worried about my credibility…Only one thing matters to me..ok actually two things.1)… NUMERO..UNO… FIRST……..My Family’s assured financial future… so from 2016-2020 I was in Afghanistan two years ago I was in Iraq… and I am writing this post while I am in Somalia….
