Only to be surprised that they couldn't get title insurance for a couple years (even though the redemption period is only 6 months). and this question about title insurance should be the numero uno of buyer checklist/DD process before even thinking of doing these.

When you have very little cash, it makes sense to go with an equity play and gain that cash which can then convert to meaningful cashflow.When I develop projects, like hotels or apartment complexes, I look at the over-all profit of the deal and my goal numero uno is to get BOTH cashflow and appreciation and realize the appreciation quickly, i.e., not wait for it for decades.

@Rj Peralta Disculpa que me tomo tanto tiempo responder, pero claro que si, me encartaria, no se si se puede dar los numeros de telefonos por este medio pero volvere a entrar al website para ver cuando respondes.No se mucho de los puntos cardinales y eso, se donde esta la Lehigh...pero nos podemos juntar donde quieras, solo que tiene que ser en un fin de semana por que trabajo.
