Hey Tami DuBose, thank you so much for the reply, I do think you are right about it being a lot of thinking, where I'm coming from is my family is planning on moving to Texas so Im trying to make an educated decision as weather to move with them or stay based on economics data to see which will be the most profitable in the long run.The main plan for me is flipping as well as buy and hold and yes baton rouge is in big need for flippers, I'm still fighting that emocional issue.
