The reasons why I am where I am today are probably the same as everyone elses who find themselves in a similar position but the main one is not being able to hold myself accountable.  

I did it mainly for the diversification- I have been looking for a retail opportunity for awhile. 

I believe it was +/-$150 for the surveyor to come back out, and yes, the french drain was in-line and tied directly into the main storm sewer in the parking lot.  

That is the main motivation for me to get this property together.  

Jay give good advice, our real estate investment company sells mainly homes we buy fix and flip.  

My main concerns are1.

@Chris B.Many Chinese buyers are investing in the US for the following main reasons:- Immigration- Education (every year 300,000 students from China are arriving in the US for studies)- Diversification/investmentsEach of the reasons above has been increasing significantly in numbers every year and we expect that this trend will continue.

The main issue I have is I want everything paid off IMMEDIATELY and then a few days later realize I paid TOO MUCH off at a certain time, and left myself short in my accounts.  

Design and get business cards as soon as you decide what you want to do.The main Team members are Attornies, real estate Agents, CPA's (or accountants), General Contractors, Inspectors, and Handyman.  

I don't go to them but I was a featured speaker and it was a class group I do know the guys who run it and they are first class and very knowledgbel and they don't sell stuff.. it does cost a few scheckles but from what I could see well worth it.
