Those are the main issues that I've noticed, for now.

My experience is mainly in managing large commercial projects for the last 10 years.  

First, the search feature on BP is your best friend, there is tons of information available, almost any question you can think of has already been answered multiple times. 

My main question revolves around the message copy and the media that you put in on?  

The main reason being that if you need to replace them it will be much easier if you build a system instead of relying on someone's specific talents.As for rates, I've heard they generally run $4-8 per hour, which is apparently a good wage in the Philippines, and of course you could offer bonuses and commissions to sweeten the deal for them.

My tenant flushed a swiffer sweeper pad and clogged the main drain to my rental property It is a two story property.

I know that when I first starting investing in RE my main objective was and still is to make passive income so that I can quit the rat race and live life the way its meant to be lived.  

The search feature is very powerful, it sorts by forum, blog, etc.Also go to the "Learn" tab above, there are lots of resources for getting started.

The features don't really help us tell you whether it's a good deal.
