So, considering a real education to get going in this business is a legitimate consideration.Problem is, so much of the education in this biz is overpriced crap.  

It's a bunch of LA & NYC professionals, incl members with legitimate real estate investing experience as well as newbies like myself (I'm really good at bringing people together and have a very strong professional network).Our meeting agendas focus on (1) Self education (2) Market trend identification and (3) lead sharing. 

But now they are for sell and I'm not sure weather to over leverage myself with my primary lender, forget about the deal entirely, or come up with  crazy lending strategies that might have a safer venue.  

Legitimate tenants get 90 days or the duration of the lease after a foreclosure.

It makes me wonder if there is some added reason they might not disclose on the listing.Am I being paranoid, or is this a legitimate concern?

We had a scenario where we lent money against a property and then someone out of the blue sued us because they were the legitimate owner of the property.  

My home is set up to pass the home inspection but I need a legitimate and provable reason to use their service.  

Networking is key and BP is a great venue for that.  

I know there are more venues out there for lists but this one seems to be doing great for me.
