I just recently have been using a list of pre-foreclosures/ foreclosures cold calling and driving for dollars. 

We put in less than $5000 which was mainly flooring, counter, and paint.

With closing costs, for us to move into this house it will cost 75k, which is a substantial amount of our nest egg, as well as it seems very counter productive from a real estate investor view.

Hi Marisha,Apparently, when someone knows they have drained you of all your money, they can then wait about 3 months and sue you- knowing you cannot spend any more money to counter the sue process.

Your ex could park in front of your house every single day just to annoy you if they wanted to, and it's not illegal.As far as not moving it "far" enough, your tenant can drive it, then park it back in the same place, the same as anyone else (you do that all the time, btw, when you run to the grocery store and park back in front of your house, leave for work and park back in front of your house, etc).
