There, I ended up having to just find a market with good appreciation and hope it set me up well for when I came back to NC, and I got lucky again.Anyways, I've only been back in NC 2 days and I'm still wading through a sea of boxes in my house, but I am eager to link up with some local investors and begin getting a feel for things out here. 

I agree with @Kenneth Garrett so it's time to look outside of the box.

I am having a problem with completing the 502 form so I can get that recorded.There is one part titled the Descriptive Information that I am not sure what box to tick.

Could you point me to an example fake granite slab that can be used in the shower, maybe from one of the big box stores?

I personally have set up an excel sheet with drop-down boxes allowing me to choose between “split and full” and “Philly/Montco/Delco”.

Any of the big box store stuff will be able to be kicked in pretty easily if someone is determined. 

Looking at the numbers (using the BP calculator duhh) I will have $19.91 of cash flow after all the boxes have been checked, PM, maintenance, cap ex. ect. 

I also do 2 phase electric extensions from the breaker box, while adding a 2 pole breaker.

It seems like the bureaucracy and box checking for a loan like that would be a huge red flag for a seller.
