@David Paul Most secondary market loans are going to be very difficult for him to qualify for as they are cookie cutter and require the borrower to check a list of certain boxes for which he doesn't.

The property will be fixed up to FHA standards which means it will be a solid property because they have a lot more boxes to be checked than normal conventional loans. 

We showed up to a duplex a couple of weeks ago to show the property and the tenants had locked all the doors and removed the lock box.
