I suspect most landlords will just pretend to believe the tenant's obvious excuses and lies and file the truth away for future reference.If only a moron LL would mention that he checked, only an idiot tenant would believe that an LL with a tenant's SSN would never check.There are going to be a LOT of evictions and judgments happening in Pennsylvania when the judicial courts open up.

They're complete information ca be found on the court-mandated form Duties and Liabilities. https://www.courts.ca.gov/docu...Depending on where your located at in the Bay Area you'll have to make a trip to your local county courthouse to view the estate file that should include the form..

With such high incomes you may be better off as a group saving to a higher amount, say 40-60k+ each and syndicate a small/medium apartment complex together.Syndicating apartments may be a better alternative for you since you have so many people together as a group.

So clearly there's a problem, but on other days there's been no issue so far.It does seem like sooner is better rather than later, but with all the Covid-19 stuff (court closures for enforcing contracts, etc), my friend has been trying to wait a bit for things to stabilize.
