You can network in Social Media groups in your area or attend local real estate Meetups to build your buyer's list.

Call me crazy but maybe try marketing your social media skills?

Good Morning all, This is a different response to your concerns about a tenant; while there are property managers that are helping to manage properties-- I would like to suggest that there is another layer of tenant and landlord support; social support. 

I would 100% recommend against any coaches that reach out via social media.

It's good to be as agreeable as possible, as much as possible, but when you have to lay down the law(with tenants or owners), feelings get hurt and some peoples petty vindictive nature can surface and Unfortunately an ugly by product of social media, is that many people are quite anti-social.
