The excuse doesn't hold water: If the seller doesn't "want stress on the relationship" with relatives by warning them that the house house they're living in is being offered for sale, how are they going to respond when they find out that it's suddenly been sold out from under them without warning?

And Maverick does plan to respond...just not yet.

For example, I know if I post my city the same people will respond to my post because they will get an alert that someone is talking about xxx, FL.

How do I make sure he fixes everything the inspector suggested for the roof, as well as several other things the inspector found.The selling agent said I need to respond in writing to ask for any repairs.

@Samuel Cafiero, when you respond to someone specifically, start with the @ symbol first then start typing their name, the persons name should appear below the reply box, if you click on the name it should appear highlighted in your reply and will notify the person of your post.  

They always respond quickly and thoroughly.
