Huh... furniture/appliance thieves?

My plan once my LLC. is finalized is to create Net 30 accounts to grow my business credit worthiness , moving on from there to gas cc, store cc , etc. 

If you can afford some nice furniture/linens it's worth a shot. 

They are thinking about remodeling the entire house and filling it with furniture in order to attract university students, and hiring a management company to help with the marketing and management while they continue to live and operate their jobs and business in California.

Just because he works for a store does not mean he can't be working from home.

Provide a curtain rod that they can put their own curtains up (or supply some cheap ones from a  thrift store).

It's usually junk/broken furniture, some food, and other crap that wouldn't sell at your average garage sale.

When I was that age a lot of my friends were working at the grocery store or at the local movie theater, while those are not difficult jobs, they are stressful.

I would repaint the fence a nice light color, plant some flowers or nice plants around that tree, get rid of the bricks toward the left bottom corner (in the top photo) and replace it with something nice like an outdoor fountain (you can buy a nice one at Lowe's for $100-$200), and finally, but some nice new or used, outdoor furniture for the tenants to enjoy (preferably something without cushions so if it rains on them they don't get gross - Craigslist or Offerup has a lot of nice used outdoor furniture as new can be costly).
