***Food for thought: if you want to grow in the future using house hacking and eventually buy a duplex, tri, or quad, you might want to consider starting with a multifamily as your first purchase b/c, when applying in the future for owner occupied loans, you'll have to convince the mortgage company that you will indeed owner occupy and they're skeptical about borrowers that are going from single family houses to multifamily houses.

I called Best Buy, and they had someone come pick it up, and sent us a check for the entire cost of the purchase AND the value of the food that was inside the freezer that went bad as a result.

Its not just the roofers with the nails. drywall screws find their way onto the driveway and garage floors...picking up nails and screws sucks , but so does puncturing tires in my personal vehicles...I leave this thing on my box truck so that it is handy.DL

I thought everything was fine (the exterminator closed all the small openings the mice can enter through, and we spoke w/ the tenants about closing screen doors, putting dog food away, etc.) 3 months ago, they tell me they have another mice problem, so I call the exterminator out again.
