I have tents pay $300 for pet deposit per pet and $25 add to rent per pet called pet rent.

Make sure you get any security deposits documented before close.

After I upg property and it was increased rent amount in MLS; they provided deposit as new rental amount ; but they want to pay rent as old advertised amount which is $100 less.Tenant is asking for $100 less on monthly rent or 6 month lease instead of initial 2-year lease which husband signed and received key from my agent.What are my option now?

I am guessing pet rent and pet deposit didn't cover it in most of these cases?

Our lease outlines they pay via depositing directly at the bank I use with deposit slips.

There is 1 vacant unit being renovated with new rental price unknown, 7 tenants most without leases whose rent can't be verified but only stated, and most without security deposits.

I am getting set up with WilliamPaid for tenants that don't want to mail checks or deposit at the branch and have a local service that does tenant screening for me.  

We walked away from a potential acquisition after our option period and therefore lost our Earnest Money Deposit.

Sometimes my PM will lower the deposit or drop the rent a tad, but they are always filled before the month is up.

I've kept the deposit and haven't heard from either in over 2 weeks.
