Killeen is actually the largest town between Austin and Dallas - larger than Waco, Temple, Round Rock, Georgetown, all of them.

Okay so I decided to send out my first round of mailers from my house because I wanted to write hand written messages on each one...

When all else fails, turn to friends, family, and anybody else you can round up to borrow cash from. 

I usually round up to the next closest 1000 dollar mark. put it on auto pay them let it go.so say I have a 2300.  

I am going to give you a little scenario and in order to simplify things I’m going to use very round number.

I round start by masking a trip to the recorder's office and make a copy of all recorded documents pertaining to the property since it was acquired by the now purportedly foreclosed-out owner.Assemble the documents in chronological order of recording.
