I need help getting some understanding of the closing date part.Say for example , find a seller and get a property under contract today, July 30th and I tell them I can close on or before August 29th.

For example if I was able to put everything into the lease agreement that I wanted too it would be 30 pages which I completely understand would detour anyone from wanting to rent from me.

If you are just adding a closet then I don't understand what the problem is.
