No real benefit unless you're experiencing issues that may be related.

Is that an issue that could occur with a wholesalers title company? 

Here is a little something that is really starting to get under my skin...

The bigger issue I think is the Z-Wave protocol which seems to be clunky and wrought with problems. 

The same with electrical issues even though those are much fewer. 

I had similar issues with late rent. 

They may not cover local issues, but are great to get the wheels turning in where to  look next to grow.

@Andy Welmers - This is a local issue, so hopefully someone from Ottawa will see this thread.

We'll need to do something if we ever want to sell because we may run into the same issue these owners are with financing a property with a mobile home-as buyers we couldn't get financing so they were limited in who they could sell to. 

So when sellers state that they don't want to tell you details about their property they want to sell (ie, the mortgage balance), and they just want an offer.....what do you tell them? People don't buy a restaurant wi...
