The issue I am having is that the property itself is 1448sf but the land it sits in is 21,200sf.

Once I get that info, I can make an offer based on what it would cost to mitigate certain issues with the lagoon.From what I can tell from my limited research, some folks swear by lagoons and others swear when they see them.

However, I got over the cash issue & now I can afford to keep the property.  

I know that there's some discussion of this topic on BiggerPockets, but one specific issue I don't see being addressed as much as I would like is the repair cost issue when you're wholesaling virtually and therefore can't actually walk the house.I know the general answer is "get boots on the ground," but that, I think, still leaves a lot of questions.

But the issue I'm having is finding a residence to live in after selling whether it's buying or renting.

It is tougher when California or similar will take reduced yields to purchase and do not have the currency conversion loss the Canadians do.For me to work with foreign clients these days they have to have researched all the taxes, withholding,financing,return issues and be realistic about the numbers.

Some of the issues I've faced was a lack of deals.

Roof, water heater, front door has issues smoke alarms etc. etc. etc.
