Hello I'm researching the Cleveland suburbs to invest in rental properties and read a Biggerpockets forum on property tax, and although there are some comments on the issue, I'm still unclear whether investors will pay a higher property tax than owners occupying properties (as it happens in Florida where I have 2 properties).

The issue is although it is a two bedroom, the 2nd bedroom is actually a former tuckunder garage, it has a door leading to the outside, no bathroom in the immediate vicinity(the bathroom is located next to the master bedroom upstairs), and is the only access to the utility room.
