If youve got a good product you'll have plenty of buyers and one of them is bound to have a better inspector :) id still just tell the buyer you think its working fine and you'd like to get a second opinion if they dont't care about getting a second opinion i dont think they really care about the house.

In my opinion, there is no better place to start as a young person than house hacking, do a search here for "house hacking" and you'll get a ton of info on it.

In my humble opinion along with some experience, get a reputable home inspector, one who lives in the community and does business in your area.
