Speaking about the brand new Seattle rules about giving 180 days notice for ANY rent increase and paying relocation costs if the tenant is unable to continue living there, what logistics have you come up with to navigate this? 

I gave the tenant two months notice in June stating that I will be moving in September 1.

So once I spend the money, its going to be tied up and unavailable for the 12 years it takes to pay off the expense (assuming my 10 days a month rent stays the same and doesn't increase or decrease).Thanks in advance!

I removed all of my problematic, inherited tenants with notices to cease and notices to quit.

Good afternoon everyone,  I noticed that a good amount of properties I search in Bigger Pockets property search are not appearing at all when they are absolutely on market and in the MLS.

I got a final notice because the tenant hasn’t paid the bill.

If it expires in 60 days, and you don’t want to renew, then send her a notice that you aren’t renewing.

THis means as your equity increases due to appreciation, your equity value decreases. 

Here’s basically the reason why I’m asking this… I have 10 commercial units which I rent out… I charge approx 1000$ on each… in the past I used to issue eviction notices SUCCESSFULLY on my own.
