I've given it some though but its not really my style so for now we have opted out and it has never been an issue.

So, when comparing comps, be sure you have the same style and location of footage.  

Personally I looked for a few things: Good management style that appreciates the work you will be doing.A broker that I could leverage their information and expertise in the market I am looking to invest in.

In our units with average quality carpets and good pads, where the households are smoke free, pet free, and outside shoes are not worn indoors... the carpets are lasting at least 10 years.

The only 3 bulb lights I could find at HD or Lowe's were 'designer' styles starting at $50 each. 

If you have a post WWII Tudor style conversion it may be worth more.  

That was a bit of a hold up because they needed to decide on a different style.

It's a Greek Revival style building originally constructed in 1845.

I would imagine the checkbook style account would also be more scrutinized for an audit risk, what are your thoughts regarding that?
