In return, they are often happy to give or sell information that is basically public record (that is, the name, address, and demographic of a given property owner and details of that property), but they have the easiest access to.I recommend calling a local title company, explain that you are interested in making a mailing list, but are unsure where to start.

I would respectfully tell them that they can if they want, that you have photos and documentation and would be happy to explain it to the judge.  

We just picked up a vacant property in Centerpoint, AL for $15k, and priced it to sell at auction, opening bid, $39,500, knowing ARV was mid to high $70k range & someone paid a buck more and we are happy clams, only a couple months.
