Dishwashers get clogged because people aren't scraping/rinsing dishes and the food builds up in the filter. 

I have noticed though,  that it is mostly smaller counties where the charges are missing off of the background checks so maybe that is a contributing factor as well, the smaller counties may not have access to the resources that larger counties do that would allow them the infrastructure to report more accurately to national databases. just food for thought on that front though.

@Michael BaumHere in South Dakota grain silos go really cheap and make a really cool “frame” for a unique Airbnb (check them out on google) I have seen reports of some people doing 1 for around 20k, so it was just a rough estimate.

So besides the food, you are also adding a lot more grease from that food.

So, if there ever is moisture it won't ruin the material or be a food source for mold growth.

I'll go against the BP grain here...Go conventional 20% down on a 15yr fixed like you originally thought. 

So now you pay for their food, yep food, child care, yep, that is not a new cost, but now the landlord gets to pay it,  etc. on and on. 

@Andrew StreetThe bigger question is what happens if gas hits $7+, high inflation persists (food, energy), and unemployment increases (aka all of this = stagflation).People will most certainly cut back on vacations and if that happens and some STRs will go belly up.
