Please throw all the flags in my direction, no matter how basic.

@JonPaul Kessinger - Many carriers offer a general liability limit of $200,000 to $500,000 per dwelling, but in my opinion it's not worth the minimal savings and don't personally quote those limits for any of my clients. 

While selling your primary to purchase a new primary is a different situation all together, retaining and renting it out could trigger an immediate "note due" from your current lender and the new lender you are trying to finance with should flag this and quiz you on this as well.Be careful out there.

Thinks like this is a red flag and should not be taken lightly , you should definitely moving on for good . 

They pay rent for this month but I fell they give me so many red flags .

First time renting out a home.Posted on Zillow and got some responses.One of the guys filled out a form which provided info that he made half the required amount, move-in date way too early, bad credit, etc.Basically all red flags.

I would never send money to a personal account, this is a giant red flag.

Outside of these things, when inheriting tenants on a multifamily purchase, are there any red flags or a specific checklist of items you try to make sure of before closing?
