The BP app is missing  a lot of the most important features of the site, like  connecting with other users, and way more importantly, I constantly get errors that freeze up the posting screen and I lose everything I typed!

Yes, maybe I wont make as much right off the bat as I would if I were focusing on my own investments, but doing this will force me to gain market knowledge and learn things I didnt know I didnt know.As for value added for my clients, they get a real estate agent that truely gets what they are trying to accomplish and is constantly studying to become better so I can offer better advice, have more market insight, and improve and streamline their buying and selling experiences, ultimately to create my own system. 

The overwhelming majority of persons that buy using FHA 203k are bombarded with junk mail promising amazingly lower interest rates that come with a FHA "streamline" refinances.

Last year BP featured for the first time and came out 4th in the Best Real Estate Mobile App and featured in no other categories.You all will agree with me that the impact that BP has had in our real estate journeys have been tremendous.
