With my beloved city getting so much bad press lately.  

I've always cold called and gone to foreclosure auctions but the overwhelming concensus on this site says direct mail is the best.  

I'll keep pressing on!

Nothing extensive... basically just recreate the initial conversation that you had with him.This will give you leverage in your area with the verification that you aren't a scam artist and use the PD as positioning, which you could then turn into a press release, or mention to every prospect you talk to. 

Of course it might get a bit cold!

Some folks should not be shoveling heavy snow in the cold.

here is a house bill in Ohio for this very issue:http://www.ohiohouse.gov/anne-gonzales/press/ohio-...As far as I can tell it hasn't been passed into law, I could be wrong.

I turned them into boarding houses and I am cold eating good rental amounts. $500 a month per room.

I have been cold calling people, and meeting with about one seller a week.

PPS I'm pushing myself to do some of my "cold calls" right now (which I'd rather do tomorrow (& tomorrow never comes...))
