My strategy doesnt change regardless if the market is hot or cold, just what I accept at a given time in terms of return changes.

Just like cold calling, answering emails, doing paperwork.

My partner and I are new to this, we just bought a list and began cold calling.

A small wall portion is open and there is something between units that looks like pressed wood fiber and it says “insulating”...I think it is some sort of sheathing.

Has anyone out there had success using a Virtual Assistant to cold call for seller leads?

Cold Calling, Direct mail, door-to-door knocking, RVM etc.I would suggest using direct mail only if you can follow through with a proper mailing campaign.

I’m not sure who to believe I emailed a couple of other contractors to do another walkthrough but I’m also pressed for time.
