Some of them seem to be occupied.So my question is this, if I buy the property from the county at this auction, do I have to go through the legal notification and title process before I take possession?

How do you like that theory of resolution, issues of borrower agreeing and making them feels safe while you briefly take possession back to cure aside.

The bank has holding costs, admin, insurance, weatherization, mowing and property management over the term from their taking possession, which could be before a sale if the property was abandoned as they have the right to protect the collateral.
