They would suggest you get a third party inspector or a fire protection engineer to complete your inspection.Things you want to look for, any common area should be on a house panel, bedrooms should have 2 means of egress, smoke detectors and CO detectors should be present.

I'm wondering if I should even pay to get my license now though since I'm not planning to go full time, I really do take part in the industry.I currently have a full time job as a data engineer and do very flexible as-needed gig jobs (sign up for shifts) like valet, photographer assistant, DoorDash, Uber, etc.
