Trying to figure out what to do with it.My goal is to create passive income.I was thinking self-storage or even document/record storage, but it seems that the space is too small for that.Another idea is laundromat on the bottom floor and something like a barbershop on the top floor.

Don't put them on people's property.I find it funny you had no trouble putting signs on people's property and act all pissed when they are taken.For the record I take down all the signs like that in my neighborhood.

It will be noted if the mortgage was paid off as well.Usually counties dont leave that info as accessible as the property tax records, but they are public.
