If it was 2019 (pre-COVID before people moved out of S.F. for the suburbs and OOS) I think it would have multiple offers over asking immediately. 

It has close to 50 to 72 hours of being waterproof once water lands on the floor.

I am only saying that to set up your expectation that it might take a bit longer that it would have a few years ago.
