On a building that probably tops out at 680k/ maybe if uts gorgeous and you find someone with more money then sense 700 but i couldnt fathom someone paying nearly 200k per unit in Hartford The real question you want to ask yourself is, is one year of my life.

Rental Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Real Life: My client discovered that the PM company was $350 under market rent and allowed for an extra 2 weeks of turn time.

There's a very good chance the issue(s) you face have already been discussed and answered.Ask questions in the appropriate forum.

The recent settlement involving the National Association of Realtors (NAR) is set to have a significant impact on the real estate industry, including for real estate investors.

Check the Facebook group "Quad Cities Real Estate Investors" I can do some more research and interview some if you'd like a broker that plays in the space all day.  

And if you feel like the person is not fully answering your question, just keep going up the chain, asking nicely for their supervisor, etc.  

The question is are you comfortable reducing your cash flow so that you can take advantage of the equity that you have in the house to buy more properties?
